The Marcus

One of our founder’s favorites: a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich on sliced wheat-berry bread, served with a side of breakfast potatoes.

The Von

Toasted plain bagel with cream cheese, served with parfait and granola.

The Rita

The other founder’s spicy go-to: guacamole spread over jalapeño cornbread, topped with two slices of tomato and a roasted garlic aioli drizzle.

The Easton

Classic 2 egg veggie omelet with green peppers, onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach and american cheese.

The Unicorn
